Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our team to establish, develop and grow.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with implementing successful digital strategies, ideally within a digital marketing agency or similar.

The focus of this role is on working with our existing digital team as well as creatives, strategists and copywriters to generate enquiries within the fitness and wellness industries across Australia, primarily leaning into Paid Advertising across Meta & Google, increasing website conversions, nurturing campaigns, integrating with digital campaigns, and delivering digital marketing results that drive growth.

This role includes:

  • Planning, briefing and managing a range of digital campaigns focusing on lead generation.
  • Generating traffic, leads, conversions and revenue for clients by researching, auditing, strategising, implementing and tracking activities.
  • Maintaining industry trends and tools to stay up to speed in paid and nurturing marketing developments.
  • Preparing performance reports and documents outlining key metrics, results, and recommendations.

  • You know your way around the Meta ad account.
  • You're a natural communicator, both written and verbal, love working with people in a team, have a results-driven attitude and are passionate about all things customer service.
