Aon is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to lead our compliance team in Australia. As Head of Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead a team of compliance professionals to provide guidance and support to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure consistency and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure that our business is compliant
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
Requirements:
  • Operational compliance management experience with exposure to financial services
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated capacity for commercial-oriented problem-solving
  • Process improvement oriented, with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • A proven track record in regulatory change management
