A highly skilled HR professional is sought to join our dynamic team as an experienced HR Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment, performance management, and occupational health and safety.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading various initiatives, including graduate recruitment programs, university sponsorships, seasonal clerk programs, and articled clerk programs. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive orientation programs, performance management strategies, and mentoring initiatives.
