Financial Crimes Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our dynamic team as a Financial Crimes Prevention Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in preventing financial crime and protecting our customers.

  • This involves reviewing and investigating suspicious activity conducted via various payment methods, providing assistance to vulnerable customers who are victims of fraud or scams, building strong relationships with wider teams within the Financial Crime Department, and liaising with internal Investigations teams on complex cases and escalating matters of concern.

In order to excel in this position, you should possess excellent customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or call centre environment. You should also have great empathy and positive attitude to support and guide customers, as well as strong time management skills and ability to work in a structured environment.
