Lead Financial Crime Prevention Specialist

The Financial Crime Specialist role plays a critical part in the electronic payments and financial technology sector.
Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance structures and frameworks, ensuring ongoing license requirements are met, and assuming designated AML Compliance Officer under the provisions of the AML/CTF Program.
Responsibilities:- Develop control test plans related to the Financial Crime Policy.
- Interact with regulatory bodies to support relationships.
- Update policies and procedures in accordance with legislation or regulation changes.
- Identify, assess, and address Anti-Money Laundering, financial crimes, and sanctions compliance matters.
- Provide training for employees on AML requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Manage regulatory examinations and internal audits.
- Demonstratable knowledge and experience of relevant regulations and laws.
- Proven track record of delivering regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
