About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales activities, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and craft compelling proposals that deliver business value. You will support our senior leadership in showcasing our capabilities to customers and be the driving force behind creating cutting-edge, comprehensive solution architectures that consider scalability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver presentations and technical workshops to explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Respond to RF(x) requests with tailored solutions that meet client strategies.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that highlight the business value of large solutions.
  • Architect scalable and secure solutions across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Create solution documentation and architecture diagrams to guide implementation.
  • Collaborate with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements.
  • Manage risks to ensure designs comply with regulations.
  • Provide governance during the delivery phase to maintain architectural integrity and alignment with the original design.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of digital transformation and enterprise architecture principles. You will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and solutions architecture, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to develop and present compelling proposals to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional consulting skills, with the ability to quickly understand client needs and align them with large, tailored solutions that extend client value.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering IT solutions across multiple industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, enterprise, and government.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams of architects and technical staff.
  • Solid commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of digital transformation and enterprise architecture principles.
