Enrichment and Inclusion Specialist

The role of an Inclusion and Enrichment Leader is to oversee educational innovation and excellence in teaching and learning across Years 6–12. This position involves guiding inclusive, differentiated, and high-impact teaching practices, managing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), and working closely with staff, families, and allied health professionals to support diverse learners.
A successful candidate will have expertise in current educational research and legislative requirements, enabling them to guide inclusive policy development. They will also be passionate about professional learning and curriculum development, with a willingness to embrace our School Wide Pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivating Collaborative Teaching Practices: Coach individuals and teams to deliver student-centred pedagogy.
- Driving Curriculum Innovation: Drive curriculum innovation and improvement.
- School-Wide Technology Integration: Support the use of the Learning Management System for planning, facilitation, and assessment.
- Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish accountable structures for program monitoring, assessment, and reporting.
- Educational Excellence through Technology: Embrace technology to enhance educational outcomes.
- Teaching Expertise: Experienced Teachers with a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher.
- Registration and Certification: Registration (or eligibility) with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively.
- Capacity to Meet Standards: Has demonstrated capacity to meet the standards of a Lead Teacher.
This leadership role offers a fixed-term appointment of three years, underpinned by a permanent teaching position at our institution. The role attracts a POR Level 2 allowance and includes release time to support leadership responsibilities. At the conclusion of the term, incumbents may reapply or return to their substantive teaching role.
