High Voltage Power Systems Specialist

As a key member of our high-voltage electrical engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and operation of onshore renewable power plants.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Design and Planning: Develop technical designs and plans for HV/LV substations, including equipment specification, feasibility studies, and cost estimation.
- HV Plant Design and Review: Review HV plant aspects of projects, including layout design, earthing, mechanical interlocking, and busbar calculations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Education and Experience: Degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years of experience in substation design industry.
- Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of MV/HV equipment, including switchgear, transformers, protections, underground/OH lines, and other MV/HV equipment; familiarity with commissioning tests for renewable installations, power systems for renewable installations, and electrical protections calculations and earthing design.
