Australia's Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulator seeks a seasoned professional to lead its enforcement efforts.
The successful candidate will develop and implement key strategies, policies and procedures to effectively regulate and enforce the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
About This Role:- Develop and implement strategic plans for Enforcement operations
- Provide high-level leadership to the Enforcement team
- Exercise complex judgment in Enforcement matters
- Leading strategy development and implementation for AML/CTF regulation
- Maintaining relationships with government and industry partners
- Representing the organization externally
- Citizenship of Australia at time of application
- Willingness to undergo security clearance checks
- Ability to maintain ongoing Baseline Security Clearance
