Job Title: In-Store Visual Merchandiser

Location: Eastern Sydney

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Rebel in Eastern Sydney. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement visually appealing store displays that meet the company's brand standards
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to create high-quality visual displays
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising team to achieve visual merchandising objectives
  • Ensure that all visual displays are safe and meet the company's health and safety standards

About You:

  • You have a strong background in visual merchandising and experience working in a retail environment
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • You are a creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for visual merchandising and a keen eye for detail
  • You are a team player, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
