Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise on enhancing their home.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and visual displays.
  • Ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards.
  • Provide operational support to the store management team.
  • Meet personal targets and supervise and coach the team to deliver world-class service.
  • Utilize training resources to educate the team on our product range and develop their sales skills.
  • Create a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity.
Requirements:
  • Retail sales experience, ideally in visual merchandising, specialty retail, and/or homewares.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in managing others or looking to step into a leadership role.
  • Passion for homewares and design.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage your own time.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Effective communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
