About the Role:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to manage events and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and execute unique experiences such as Gin Making and Cocktail Workshops, Bi-Monthly Local Dinners, distillery tours, large table bookings, and private tasting experiences.
  • Oversee every detail to ensure events are nothing short of spectacular from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
  • Budget Management: Keep events on track and within allocated resources, showcasing your financial acumen.
  • Lead and motivate a team of event staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all events meet relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities to grow our functions and events portfolio.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends and opportunities in the events industry.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase the unique offerings of our organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in functions, event management, and business development.
