We are seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Educator to join our team at YMCA Brisbane. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field.
- Experience working in a childcare setting, preferably with children aged 5-12 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- A Positive Notice Blue Card.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 per annum.
