At Dan Murphy's, we're seeking a Wine Merchant who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our customers.
The Role:
- Develop and execute wine tasting events that inspire customers to explore our extensive product range
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized wine recommendations and education
- Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Advocate for wine education and empower store team members with knowledge sharing and product coaching
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience in a customer-facing role and a proven track record of creating memorable customer experiences
- Is a wine enthusiast with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others
- Is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Has successfully completed WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry experience
