We are seeking a senior Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our maintenance and operations activities. This is a pivotal role in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across our organisation.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in public sector operations, public asset management, and service delivery within a local government or similar environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects, including research, design, and implementation
  • Oversee operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations
  • Manage team performance, build workforce capability, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Oversight of operational budgets, business planning, and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving service excellence
  • A degree qualification in management/business or similar
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current 'C' class driver's license
  • The rights to work in Australia
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening)
