Job Role:
As a customer experience expert, you will be responsible for creating and aligning the customer experience strategy to support our overall goals.
You will define, explain, and advocate the customer experience strategy, supporting user engagement through best practice training, feedback, and improvements. You will also facilitate the framework and training for surfacing insights and opportunities for our business.
The successful candidate will lead the ongoing transformation of our operations, integrating online customer services and face-to-face touchpoints to accelerate and deepen customer relationships. They will build and consolidate a comprehensive view of customer segments and profiles.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the best possible customer service experience, relentless focus on job starts and preconstruction, and assisting in the development, implementation, and review of operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus with ability to analyze data and present trends
- Experience in coaching and development of high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
- Influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritizing skills
- Providing exceptional customer service to multiple stakeholders simultaneously
