Job Title: Landscaping Team Leader

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the smooth execution of landscaping projects from site preparation to planting and paving installations.

You will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that each project meets the required standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Manage a crew of landscapers and coordinate the installation of softscapes and hardscapes.
  • Supervise all aspects of the project, including site preparation, planting, and paving installations.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure the health and safety of the crew.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of softscaping, hardscaping, and landscape construction.
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar qualifications.
  • Plant operating License or willingness to get certified.
