Landscape Supervisor Role

As a landscape supervisor, you will oversee commercial and residential projects in the greater Brisbane region. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role and lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.

  • This includes overseeing landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes and residential properties.
  • You will be responsible for managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Additionally, you will handle project logistics, including material orders and site operations, as well as liaise with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements:
  • Applicants should have experience in landscape construction as a supervisor or skilled landscaper, preferably with a Cert III in Landscaping.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required, as is the ability to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
