Environmental Strategy Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Environmental Strategy Advisor to drive our Environment and Sustainability initiatives forward.

The primary focus of this role is to provide expert environmental advice to management teams, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and regulations.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Environmental Science or Engineering (or similar)
  • Proven experience in contaminated land investigations, fieldwork, and project management
  • Strong knowledge of PFAS regulatory requirements and site management practices
  • Excellent technical skills in environmental engineering or science

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A track record of leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of technical expertise in environmental science or engineering

This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing tailored environmental strategies for key stakeholders, including tenants, regulators, and the community. The role requires close collaboration with consultants, reporting on progress, and ensuring compliance with Commonwealth and State legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective PFAS management strategies for key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic environmental advice to management teams and tenants
  • Maintain active engagement with PFAS-related stakeholders to drive progress on key initiatives
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify potential environmental risks, and develop mitigation plans
