Facilities Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our facilities team and ensure the smooth operation of our venue. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

About the Role:

This is a key position that reports directly to the Venue Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a proactive culture within the team, providing support to the Venue Manager, and ensuring the venue is in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the facilities team and ensure effective maintenance and repair of game machines, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, and scoring equipment.
  • Support the Venue Manager in achieving business objectives and maintaining a focus on guest experience.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • An effective leader with strong technical skills and experience in a trade.
  • Proficiency in computer-based tasks and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Natural ability in relationship building and communication, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
