About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong leadership style, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing the venue's daily operations, including financial management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Drive business success through effective decision-making, budgeting, and financial management.
  3. Create a guest experience that is second to none, exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint.

  5. Manage the venue's operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and facility maintenance.

Requirements

  • A valid Working with Children Check certification.
  • Experience in managing a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue.
  • A pro-active and innovative leader who can achieve remarkable results and inspire their team to do the same.
  • An astute operator with strong skills in financial management and analysis.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every guest leaves smiling.
