Leading Research Scientist and Innovator

This is a senior role that involves guiding a team of research scientists to drive innovation in AI at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and mentor a high-performing team of research scientists.
- Develop strategic research plans aligned with product goals.
- Direct technical direction across foundational model development, experimentation, and evaluation.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure research translates into impactful solutions.
- Represent the organization in the global AI community through publications, talks, or open-source contributions.
The ideal candidate will have led research or applied science teams, with a strong track record of coaching and impact. They will possess expert knowledge and experience with GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and Autoregressive Models. Additionally, they should be skilled in ML, AI, or foundational model development and training, and enjoy being hands-on.

- Ability to translate cutting-edge research into practical, scalable solutions.

- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
