About the Role

We are seeking a Groups Reservations Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for conference and events accommodation groups, you will be responsible for managing group reservations, building relationships with clients and suppliers, identifying sales opportunities, and converting phone enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, strong communication skills, and a good eye for detail. Proficiency in Opera reservations and Microsoft office is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage group reservations, including coordinating room allocations and rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with PCOs and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert phone enquiries into confirmed bookings
Requirements:
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Opera reservations and Microsoft office
