Job Description

As a Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators within your centre. This position requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities.

You will lead a vibrant 74-place centre that is deeply woven into the fabric of the community. Your team will benefit from your expertise in delivering our bespoke learning program, which has been developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Hold QLD Working with Children's Check
  • Willing to undergo a Police Check
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
