Electronics Technician Role

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team in Townsville. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the electronics behind our armoured vehicle fleet.

You will be responsible for performing specialized electronic, electrical/mechanical test and fault finding activities, troubleshooting turret and vehicle systems, and maintaining records of activities performed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an electronic technician on Defence related vehicles such as M1A1-2, ASLAV, or M88A2.
  • Hold a relevant trade qualification in electronics/electrical engineering.
  • Experience working with or for Defence is highly desirable.
