**Aged Care Specialist Position**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Specialist. This role involves providing high-quality personalized care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide general household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning bathroom & kitchen, changing beds, hanging up washing etc.
  • Decluttering and assistance to organize items
  • Support people through change
  • Personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
  • Meal preparation
  • Social Support
  • Respite
  • Transport to appointments and shopping etc.

**Requirements for the Role:**

  • Previous experience working with hoarding clients
  • Mental health experience
  • An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - _advantage but not essential, you can complete this through our traineeship program_****:
  • Evidence of Flu & Covid vaccinations
