About the Role

The Administrative Team Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our administrative unit. This position oversees the support team, driving strategic goals and fostering a culture that champions customer experience and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the admin support team to achieve strategic objectives, setting responsibilities, processes, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met, and instil a customer-centric mindset within the team.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and maintain a positive organisational reputation.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for business support processes to maintain compliance and improve customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in operations and administration as a team leader or similar positions within the services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and report structuring.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing people, operations, and guiding teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for workplace efficiency.
  • Ability to create detailed reports and analyse complex data.
