Pest Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pest administration team. As an accomplished leader, you will guide and support a group of service administrators in achieving their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a small team and possess the skills to motivate and develop their colleagues. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address enquiries and resolve issues effectively. Your ability to develop and implement best practices and process improvements will enhance team productivity and streamline administrative operations.

In this role, you will monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success. You will also serve as a point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for digitisation and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of service administrators
  • Manage daily operations and oversee workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and implement best practices and process improvements
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues
  • Identify opportunities for digitisation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Self-motivated with an interest in improving processes
  • Calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous systems experience, especially SAP is advantageous
