Principal Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive complex data migration initiatives within the banking sector.
This is a high-impact role requiring both technical expertise and strategic insight. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in solution design and hands-on delivery, guiding clients on best practices, migration roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead data migration planning and execution across large-scale banking platforms.
- Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to define migration scope, approach, and success criteria.
- Develop fit-for-purpose migration strategies aligned to business risk appetite and timelines.
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless migration delivery across multiple phases.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to clients guiding them through critical decision points on tooling, sequencing, validation, and cutover.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and remediation strategies across the migration lifecycle.
- Prepare and present clear, concise migration plans and status updates to executive audiences.
