AI Technology Delivery Specialist

  • Main Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Platform Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of backend capabilities and APIs used by both internal teams and enterprise customers.
    2. Collaborate on Technical Design: Co-create API specs, define SLAs, and partner with engineering and architecture on thoughtful technical decisions.
    3. Plan and Prioritize Work: Translate high-level goals into clear milestones, helping teams focus and move forward together.
    4. Champion System Health: Bake in scalability, usability, and maintainability from day one, not as an afterthought.
    5. Coordinate Across Teams: Work across disciplines to unblock delivery, manage dependencies, and keep momentum high.
    6. Advocate for Clean APIs: Promote intuitive integration patterns, clear versioning, and strong monitoring practices.
    7. Bring Delivery Discipline: Introduce simple, repeatable ways of working that help backend teams deliver reliably and at speed.

  • Requirements:

    1. Commercial experience in a technical delivery role in a SaaS or platform company.
    2. Proven track record managing complex delivery programs involving backend systems and APIs.
    3. Ability to engage with engineers, understand system interactions, and communicate trade-offs.
    4. Experience working on custom solutions or client-specific workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
    6. Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, simplify complexity, and unblock teams with confidence.
