Registered Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct nursing care to clients in their homes, adhering to best practice procedures.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized care plans.
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote a safe and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Skills:
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
