Home Care Worker Opportunities in Dubbo

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers.
About the Role:- Provide personalized care and support to customers in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Personal Care: assist with daily living activities, including toileting, bathing, showering, oral hygiene, and other personal hygiene needs.
- Meal Preparation: cook and prepare meals, plan menus, and shop for groceries.
- Transportation: drive customers to medical appointments, social events, shopping, and other outings.
- Social Support: offer emotional support, companionship, and maintain community connections.
- Domestic Assistance: perform tasks such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, and basic home maintenance.
- A compassionate and professional person who embodies values of integrity, respect, cooperation, empowerment, and excellence.
- A current driver's license and a fully registered and insured vehicle.
- A first aid certificate, including CPR qualification.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (desired but not essential).
- NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
