Job Summary

The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Cyber IT and OT programmes, ensuring successful project outcomes through effective leadership and management.

This role involves establishing relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners to drive technology delivery and meet operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading complex Cyber IT/OT programme delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including delivery teams, central teams, and business partners.
  • Ensuring successful transition to service, meeting business and IT/OT operations requirements.
  • Managing third-party vendors, reviewing their performance, and providing oversight.
  • Realizing product objectives and key results as defined in the product roadmap.
Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in delivering large-scale Cyber IT/OT programmes.
  • Supporting budget and funding submissions, leveraging financial acumen to drive business decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of IT/OT products, services, and systems, driving technical excellence.
  • Expertise in project management and change management approaches, particularly Agile delivery.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
