About This Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Store Operations Manager to lead our team at our Greensborough store. If you have a passion for driving sales and creating an engaging shopping experience, we want to hear from you.

This is a part-time role requiring flexibility with weekend shifts, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and KPI targets while maintaining a customer-focused atmosphere.
  • Provide coaching and training to help your team grow and develop their skills.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the store looks its best through effective visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and safe working environment.
  • Assist with roster management to meet customer demand.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in retail, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.Proven ability to drive sales growth and support your team's success.Visual merchandising skills are highly desirable.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
