  • Monitor employee performance and maintain the beverage reporting system
  • Assist with coordination of equipment installations and provide required financial reporting
  • Develop operating budgets and report on revenue and cost control
  • Implement promotions and marketing activities in conjunction with the Marketing Team
  • Establish quantity and quality output standards for personnel in the department
  • Manage beverage staff, including training and performance management
