Hotel Bar Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the operation of our hotel bar, ensuring exceptional guest service and innovative service enhancements.

  • Manage daily operations, including set-up duties, staff training, and evaluation.
  • Enforce food and beverage policies, maintain sanitation standards, and promote positive customer relations.
  • Implement effective strategies to foster a winning work environment, motivating team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and provide ongoing quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence, promoting responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Conduct inspections and taste tests to ensure consistency and quality in both food and service.
  • Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education, training, and coaching.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a high-end Restaurant & Bar Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage/Hospitality principles and practices.
  • Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
