This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the operation of our hotel bar, ensuring exceptional guest service and innovative service enhancements.
- Manage daily operations, including set-up duties, staff training, and evaluation.
- Enforce food and beverage policies, maintain sanitation standards, and promote positive customer relations.
- Implement effective strategies to foster a winning work environment, motivating team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Inspect facilities and equipment, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and provide ongoing quality control measures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Conduct inspections and taste tests to ensure consistency and quality in both food and service.
- Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education, training, and coaching.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a high-end Restaurant & Bar Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage/Hospitality principles and practices.
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
