Role Overview

We are seeking a driven professional to join our NSW Marketing & Pursuits team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This key role is crucial in executing tender submissions and regional marketing strategy, ensuring the quality of all submissions and aligning them with our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will support client engagement and conversion by developing compelling bid content, applying client and competitor intelligence to enhance bid strategies, and building brand awareness through events, sponsorships, and memberships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute TSA Riley's tender submissions, working closely with teams across the state and leadership teams.
  • Support client engagement and conversion by developing compelling bid content and applying client and competitor intelligence to enhance bid strategies.
  • Build brand awareness through events, sponsorships, and memberships in our NSW business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent in related discipline.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Pursuits or Marketing roles, within the property, infrastructure, professional services, and public sectors (or similar).
  • Background in tendering with an understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end bid process, including bid response writing and delivery.
  • Flexibility to work across the Pursuits and Marketing streams with agility to focus and prioritise work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
