We are seeking an innovative and proactive professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Excellence Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, empowering and engaging our distribution team, and delivering step change improvements to ensure our facilities continue to perform as best-in-class.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving goods environment. You will possess strong leadership capability, excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous.

As the Supply Chain Excellence Coordinator, you will focus on improving organisational effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve distribution productivity and drive a high-performance culture built on safe work practices.

">About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a safe and sustainable culture and job environment
  • Ensuring distribution KPIs for the site/shift are met
  • Distribution and team coordination
  • Management of inventory and support labor planning to meet operational requirements
  • Third-party supplier management, such as transport providers
  • Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the distribution value streams
  • Improving organisational effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a high-performance culture
