Expert Solution Architect Position

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients in a rapidly changing global landscape. As a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.

You will define problems, propose and create solutions, play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of overall solutions. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including problem definition, solution design, development, configuration, and deployment. Guide project teams on processes and deliverables, support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 11 years of relevant information technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson/Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate to these locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of architect experience in FICA.
  • At least five projects' experience for implementation of Contract accounts (FICA) in Utility or High Tech Industry.
  • Strong understanding of FICA- AP/AR and Dunning Processes.
  • Knowledge of Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration, invoicing and billing reversal, CC and CI integration, customization of events in CI and FICA, and related invoice outputs.
  • FICA Finance and Contract Accounting experience with client engagement to gather requirements, design, and implement FICA in SAP BRIM.
  • FICA configuration experience of Main/Sub, Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Installment plans, Returns, Refund Process, Write-offs.
  • Experience with end-to-end FICA implementation, FIAR integration, payment runs, mass run configuration and scheduling.
  • Exposure to prepaid and postpaid configuration and integration with tax systems, government requirements, and non-SAP systems.
  • Understanding of Convergent Invoicing and Subscription order management; good exposure to SAP FICO.
Work Environment

The job entails extensive travel and requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, or in person.
