We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Manager with deep SAP consulting expertise to lead our client's strategic SAP initiatives. This role is for a seasoned professional with a thorough understanding of Solution Manager, extensive hands-on experience, and a proven history of successful SAP project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on their SAP Solution Manager strategy, including expert advice on system configuration, customisation, and integration.
  • Design and implement robust SAP Solution Manager landscapes, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with future business goals.
  • Lead large-scale SAP Solution Manager projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying current with the latest SAP Solution Manager trends and promoting continuous improvement within the SAP Basis environment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP Solution Manager implementations, updates, and migrations.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with technology providers and partners to ensure optimal resource use and access to top-tier solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and nurturing their professional growth.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, translating business requirements into effective SAP Solution Manager solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP Solution Manager solutions by implementing stringent quality control measures.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Substantial experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a focus on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and / or SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup / recovery.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, with a strong focus on Solution Manager and related technologies.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle challenges both tactically and strategically.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A track record of successfully leading and delivering complex SAP Solution Manager projects that achieve client satisfaction and business value.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Applicants must hold an active NV1 AGSVA clearance.
