The role of SAP Ariba Consultant is to drive business transformation and growth through the strategic implementation and management of SAP Ariba solutions.

Job Description:

This highly skilled consultant will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions to meet client requirements. They will provide expert-level consultation services to clients in the area of SAP Ariba solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba solutions, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Ariba modules. This includes expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with other SAP modules.

The consultant will be responsible for managing project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. They will conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure the successful adoption of SAP Ariba solutions, providing leadership in customer project implementations by offering subject matter expertise in source-to-pay processes.

The consultant must demonstrate functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management. They will guide and provide inputs for change management and long-term solution sustainability, raising awareness for data quality and putting remediation plans in place to address data-related issues.

Additionally, the consultant will provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Ariba solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. They will ensure system enhancements and bug fixes are implemented effectively, acting as a point of contact for functional queries regarding SAP Ariba software solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementation projects.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Functional knowledge of Source to Pay, procurement, and catalogue management software packages.
  • Experience with EDI/XML integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
  • SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable.
