Geologist Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Geologist to join our team and establish a Resource Geology Practice. As a leader, you will provide strategic direction and client development, focusing on geological modeling, resource estimation, and mineral reporting services.

The ideal candidate possesses a high standard of technical knowledge in geology and ore forming processes, with at least 10 years of experience in consulting. You should have a strong track record in business development, including proposals leadership and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Leading geological modeling, data validation, resource estimation, and mineral resource reporting efforts
  • Project management, staff management, and mentoring

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in geology or engineering geology, advanced degree preferred, professional affiliation, and registration as a CGeol. Proficiency in geological modeling and geostatistical software is essential.
