Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our General Surgery team at Nepean Hospital. This is a casual pool role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Implement and evaluate patient-focused care in line with nursing standards
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred healthcare
  • Maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements

  • Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Demonstrated evidence of providing person-centred care
  • Able to work a flexible roster
