Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our General Surgery team at Nepean Hospital. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse as part of a healthcare team, implementing and evaluating patient-focused care for patients, families, and carers in line with nursing standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).">
- Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing.">
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.">
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person-centred care.">
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal.">
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.">
- Ability to work a flexible roster.">
