We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to deliver exceptional patient care in our Recovery department.
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centered post-anaesthetic care to patients, their families and carers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using clear and effective communication to plan, implement, assess and evaluate patient care.
- Advocate for the unique needs of all patients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and those from culturally diverse backgrounds, particularly during specialized procedures.
- Organize and prioritize work to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and carers.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, forward-thinking healthcare environment.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute care nursing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and provide person-centered care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to professional development.
