Leading Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer-focused culture to create seamless interactions.
- SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER TO ENGAGE AND EMPOWER THE TEAM THROUGH ONGOING TRAINING, MENTORING, AND COLLABORATION.
- Work with leadership to build a profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
- Support operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
- A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales and shrinkage KPIs.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
