Leadership Opportunity in Remote Retail

  • Ensure accurate financial management and compliance in-store.
  • Build meaningful relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-focused leadership roles.
  • Strong skills in retail systems, stock control, and team management.
  • A flexible, calm, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in remote settings with a culturally respectful approach.
  • A valid manual driver's licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full Australian working rights.
