About The Role

We are seeking a driven and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to join a high-performing team in a busy retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire your team, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. While no prior knowledge of the automotive industry is required, you must have a genuine interest in learning and growing your skills in this field. Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a team
  • Ability to drive performance through setting clear expectations and leading by example
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service
  • Willingness to learn the automotive industry and develop product knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
