Project Coordinator RoleContribute to delivering complex defence projects that safeguard Australia's future.We seek an experienced professional to join our team for a Maritime project. This is a multi-disciplinary role involving collaboration with experts in various fields.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Defence acquisition projects within CASG, preferably in maritime or naval combat systems environments.
  • Apply knowledge of Defence project governance, CLC processes, GBE/OBE, and acquisition frameworks.
  • Manage competing priorities, deliver under pressure, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Open Plan, ARM, Predict), and exposure to ILM and SAP is advantageous.
  • Develop strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Security Clearance:

You must hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some cases, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be necessary.
