Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead and mentor production teams to deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes while managing production schedules, labour planning, and warehouse operations through their ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams across both large-scale production runs and small-batch, complex assemblies, with a strong ability to estimate production costs, manage warehouse operations, and drive process improvements.

Additionally, the candidate will be adept at applying ERP and scheduling systems to coordinate multiple concurrent jobs and will have a solid technical background, either electrical or mechanical, with experience in moulding, electrical assembly, or tube processing considered beneficial.
